About Us
Our Philosophy
We believe in a family-centered, play-based approach to therapy. We understand that children learn best when they are comfortable, engaged, and having fun. By providing services in your home, school, or community setting, we can work directly within your child's natural environment, integrating new skills into your daily routines.
Our mission is to empower parents and caregivers with the strategies and confidence needed to support their child's communication journey long after our session ends.
Meet the Therapist
Marie Scioneaux Kelleher, M.A., L-SLP, CCC-SLP
Hello! I'm Marie Scioneaux Kelleher, the founder and lead therapist at Play. Learn. Progress. I am a certified Speech-Language Pathologist by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and hold a license to practice in the state of Louisiana.
I received my Bachelor's Degree, Minor in Pyschology, and Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from Louisiana State University and experience working with chidlren in both outpatient and in-home/community based settings. My passion is helping children connect and communicate with their families and the world around them. I have specialized training in early intervention, infant and pediatric feeding therapy, Gestalt Language Acquisition, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC Devices). I have worked with clients with various diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, cleft lip/palate, and failure to thrive.
When I'm not working or furthering my training, I love spending time with my family, traveling with my husband, Chandler, or trying new Baton Rouge restaurants. As a Baton Rouge native, I want to be able to give back to my community who helped raise me in any way I can!
